Notice on Voluntary Gifts

The application is a personal, experimental project, currently in "beta" version, conceived and developed out of personal interest and with the aim of supporting an individual growth journey.

The project was created for personal enjoyment and is not currently intended for the commercialization of the application. It is autonomous and distinct from any professional or business activity that may be carried out by the developer.

Free use of the application

Access to and use of the application are completely free of charge.

No payment is required to:

• download, access, or use the application;
• use the features currently available;
• receive updates made available to users generally;
• continue using the application;
• receive any support provided to users generally.

Not making a voluntary gift does not result in any limitation, penalty, or difference in treatment compared to users who choose to contribute.

Free and voluntary nature of the gift

Any payment made constitutes a spontaneous, optional, and gratuitous contribution, made by the donor's free choice and without any legal or contractual obligation.

The voluntary gift does not represent:

• the price or consideration for use of the application;
• payment for a license, a subscription, or a service;
• consideration for a professional or commercial service;
• a form of investment, financing, or economic participation in the project;
• an advance purchase of goods, services, or future versions of the application;
• a sponsorship or advertising agreement;
• compensation for activities performed or to be performed by the developer.

The application can be used free of charge and under the same conditions even by those who do not make any voluntary gift.

Absence of benefits and consideration

The voluntary gift does not grant the donor any good, service, benefit, or advantage, whether direct or indirect.

In particular, the donor does not acquire:

• additional or reserved features;
• premium or ad-free versions;
• early, preferential, or exclusive access;
• dedicated or priority support;
• credits, points, rewards, digital content, or recognitions;
• rights over the software, source code, trademark, or other intangible assets;
• ownership rights, participation, or co-participation in any results of the project;
• decision-making or steering powers over the development of the application;
• the right to request changes, updates, or new features;
• the right to a refund of the amount, except in cases of material error, unauthorized payment, exceeding the limits set out in this notice, or other cases provided for by law.

Making the voluntary gift does not establish between the donor and the developer any client relationship, agency, association, partnership, sponsorship, investment, or professional or commercial collaboration.

Use of funds

Any funds received may be used, at the developer's discretion, to support the technical and material costs associated with the preservation, maintenance, testing, and evolution of the project.

The voluntary gift does not, however, entail any obligation of result, reporting, updating, development, or continuation of the project toward the donor.

The developer retains full discretion to decide whether and how to continue, modify, suspend, or discontinue the project.

Beta version and possible future evolution

The application is currently in an experimental phase and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Any future commercialization of the application, of its subsequent versions, or of related services will constitute a separate initiative and will be governed separately. Voluntary gifts made previously will not grant any free, preferential, or economic right with respect to any future products or services.

Limit on gifts

Voluntary gifts exceeding €1,000.00 from the same donor within the same calendar year are not accepted, including when made through multiple, split payments.

Should an amount exceeding this limit be received, the excess amount or, where technically necessary, the entire payment will be refunded using, where possible, the same payment method.

The developer further reserves the right to refuse or refund any voluntary gift, even one below the above-mentioned limit, without being required to provide a reason.

Documentation of the payment

Since the voluntary gift does not constitute consideration for the transfer of goods or the provision of services, the payment does not give rise to the issuance of an invoice or any other document evidencing the purchase of goods or services.

Any receipt generated by the payment service provider attests solely to the transfer of the amount and does not certify any entitlement to deductions, tax credits, or other tax benefits on the part of the donor.

Donor's declarations

By proceeding with the payment, the donor declares that they:

• have read and understood this notice;
• are acting voluntarily, without binding solicitation, and without expecting any consideration in return;
• are aware that use of the application is free of charge and not conditional on the gift;
• do not acquire any right, benefit, or preferential treatment;
• are of legal age and have full disposal of the funds used;
• are making the payment with funds of lawful origin;
• will comply with the overall maximum limit of €1,000.00 per calendar year;
• are aware that any tax treatment of the gift in their own personal situation remains their own responsibility.
